Expedition to New Ireland and Manus provinces. Three months spent with coastal communities to get to know a little about their lives and relationship to the marine environments in which they rely on everyday. In close collaboration with each community and our local partners we are documenting aspects of their day-to-day lives that illustrate the unique place-based magic of their way being, their value systems and inherent connection to the natural world around them.
In addition to field film production duties I was responsible for photo documentation of expedition and communications with National Geographic HQ.
